I would recommend sending in the coin in it's original TPG holder (don't crack the coin out), check the box for crossover submission, & under min grade, I always put the word "ANY" for the grade...

I agree for the most part, but for some, I recommend putting in the minimum grade you would be most willing to take in case of a lower grade.

I am such a bad boy! In my haste to post an answer, I neglected to mention the minimum grade portion!
If you have a specific coin or rarity that will bring more money in an NGC Slab than it would 1 or 2 points lower in a PCGS Slab, by all means, do not ever specify "ANY" as a crossover grade. Always specify the current grade as the minimum acceptable crossover grade. This insures that PCGS will NOT crack the coin out if they do not think it will grade at current grade.
If you don't and the coin grades a point less, you'll kick yourself so much you'll pop a knee joint!
