Oh Boy here we go!

Just saw Robert Chambers on SHop Nbc stating that Pcgs has been in business a few months longer than NGC the official grading service of the ANA.

Robert stated that he has more coins graded by PCGS just because of the stringent grading of the company.

If he would of sent the 10's of thousands of ASE's to PCGS instead of NGC there would of been many perfect 70 sets of ASe's from 1986 to Date. You can bank on that. PCGS is just too tough and market didn't need that at the time the hobby was taking off like it did.

Lastly there is no differents between PCGS and NGC on Modern coins you have to understand this.

So I YAHA just wanted to make this clear to you guys tonight.

He's selling moderns right? His comments aren't nearly strong enough for the differnce between the two companies in grading moderns. --Jerry

If Mr. Chambers can't grade how does he know PCGS is more strict? image
