    Current melt value is about 12.7 x face, but I doubt you could find any dealer who would pay close to that amount. Thus, it's up to the two individuals involved to decide what's fair. Additionally, I would value certain types of "junk" silver higher than others (e.g. Merc dimes vice Roosevelts). A better question is how do you price the PCGS coin? Maybe a trip to eBay completed listings would help.
