Grade for this 1827 Bustie?

Hi....the pics are my best effort, and when seen in person, the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM' are strong and even;
same on the obserse with the word "LIBERTY" I'm sure a coin this old has been dipped along the way. Watcha grade it?

    60-63 depending how much luster is left.

    Looks like it was dipped a little bit too much. It could be the pics but the luster looks stripped away.
