eZest and gold?

Somewhat OT but I dont know anywhere better to ask about the interaction of gold and eZest.

My wedding ring is 14K white gold. Tarnished (I guess) over the last few years to a slightly yellowish gold color.

Do you think a quick 2 count dip will hurt 14k white gold?
I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

No, but you will probably want to buff it with a jewelry cloth or polish.

White gold jewelry is generally plated with rhodium to make it whiter. Buffing or dipping may never get it as white as it was when new.

Again, EZ-est won't hurt it, but some cheap mall store white gold is actually yellowish, the seller figuring that SINCE IT'S
GOING TO BE RHODIUM PLATED ANYWAY, why bother to properly alloy it so that it looks white by itself.
