Anyone else get an email from BJ Searls today regarding the Reverse Proof AE's?

Hi Everyone,


This poll concerns the Reverse Proof American Eagles. Because you have a set which could be effected, I am asking for your vote.

Currently, the three Reverse Proof issues (2006 S$1, 2006-W G$50 and 2007-W P$50) are listed as either/or in their applicable sets. However, because there is an obvious change in finish from the regular issues, we are polling to see if you would like to see these coins listed as required in the sets.

Please vote either YES to make these coins required, or NO to leave the sets as is.

I will allow a couple of weeks to give everyone time to vote. Thank you.

    The Reverse Proof coins are "night and day" from regular proof coins. They should be separated (i.e. "yes"). Wondercoin.

    I had e-mailed BJ about a month ago concerning this matter.

    In her reply to me, she stated that they would be taking a poll to see if owners of such sets wanted the Reverse Proofs to be a required component of the sets.

    I was happy to receive the e-mail, yesterday, confirming said poll. image

    They are a different type of PROOF, hence they should be included/required in the PROOF American Eagle sets.

    I guess you believe that there should be a separate set of one coin (reverse proof)! image

    I voted not to include them with the regular proofs.
