Genie says you can have any one coin you desire but...

it can NEVER be sold and will be passed on down forever. What do you go for?
I'll take the 1918/7 Buffalo nickel. A perfect little piece of art.

When I was 10, my grandfather gave me an 1892-CC Morgan in xf that he pulled from change and kept in a cigar box in his wardrobe for years. I traded it away when I was 15. I'd ask the genie for that one back.

Wow! This ended up as a commemorative coin?!?

    That is nuts!

Brutus actually minted the EID MAR Cap and Dagger aureus while he was on the run...
Of Course, he didn't live long after he minted the coins...

I'd let the genie pick for me----Judd 1776 Indian Head double eagle pattern or gold $50 half union pattern or 1849 double eagle.

  • 1972 D 25 cents high relief proof artwork. All attempts to get another specimen have failed. Might as well try the genie.
