  Pop one of them out of the holder. I'm pretty sure they're marked on the edge.

  This thread says that at least some of them are marked Sterling on the edge.
  
  This listing agrees that they're marked sterling on the edge.
  
  This listing says that some of them are gold plated over bronze.
  
  I think you're going to need to get them in hand to know for sure.
  
  Value? Whatever the local dealer is paying for sterling, x4. Probably $40-$60 or so?

  thanks bigtime too i'll keep fingers crossed that they are stamped sterling then too

  The artwork on these is nice, but there is no demand for them. We melt them.
