Grew up in Liberty MO which is a suburb just northeast of KC.

If you've ever seen the Stephen King movie "Sometimes They Come Back" that's Liberty. It was filmed there when I was about 6-7 years old.

I now live in Kearney which is just northeast of Liberty and the birthplace of Jesse James. I actually live just down the road from his farm on, get this, Jesse James Road.

I was born and raised in Texas, currently residing in Austin.

I am always looking for nice 86 Fleer basketball, and I've recently started the 87 set as well (before the SMR article!).

I also enjoy pursuing rookie cards in the nicest condition possible from every HOF player from each sport in my lifetime. I'm about halfway through that endeavor.

I'm new to the board, and I do enjoy checking it out everyday and seeing other collector's thoughts and feelings about EVERYTHING.
