    Looks like one of the 83 reprints to me

    The 1983 reprints say topps reprint series on the back, I have one upstairs but too lazy to get it and scan it.

    Looks like a laser printer copy to me, sure doesn't look real.

    Auction says reprint more than once.

    Both are correct........ its a "Real Fake" (as opposed to "Imaginary Fake")

    Colors are off (blue background is too dark compared to the borders). Back borders are far too narrow compared to the width of the front borders.

    (PS try to use the words "authentic" and "reproduction".............. since both actually exist as "real")
