i have to admit that is pretty nice. I like the nice overall brown toning
and the blue in some areas makes it stand out.
very unique. i have no clue if at or nt.

I wonder what kind of storage condition created that toning. Is this the typical envelope toning? What does the obverse look like?

Probably a proof seated half. Image looks like a coin that I wouldn't like.

I must admit that the color in that photo looks oversaturated.
However, I'm suspect it's an impressive coin nonetheless....Mike

Proof Seated Half @ Pinnacle
p.s. I would have (incorrectly) guessed not a proof because of a relatively weak strike on the talons and scroll.

I actually think it appears cleaned. If not, it doesn't suit my tastes.
I much prefer Vida Guerra's reverse
