Any player collectors out there need 89-90 topps double headers?

These came in little plastic stands and i actually cracked open the stand to get the card and send in for grading but for whatever reason they wouldnt grade them. It said no holder, maybe they will grade them in the future since they graded some in the past.
Anyway, if you want any of these just let me know and you can have them for free.

I was about to throw them out but figured some of you might need them.
Just send a sase and let me know which player you want. PM for my address.

I hope it didn't take too long to break open the little plastic stands.

It was actually fun, i would throw them at the wall and they would crack right open. The cards are so thin you couldnt really damage them.

Throwing and breaking stuff is fun. Maybe I'll try that with my next group of PSA crackouts. Are the cards just printed on regular paper?

They are as thin as the paper you put in your printer. Maybe slightly thicker.

    Roger,

You know I'm always game for any Puckett's.

BTW, I never did get back to you on that 95 Bowman's Best Griffey Xfractor. Make me a reasonable offer and I'll accept. I really don't need it other than I put a few of these in each sub to sell to player collectors.

The regular 89 ( 24) and 90 ( 72) set of these are fairly common. But there was a regiobnally issued 89 set of Yankees and Mets only proofs (24) that are very tough to find, and fairly expensive when they do show up

    Al,
Is there any chance that you have an extra Gary Carter from the Yankees/Mets issue that you would want to part with?
