There IS such a thing as a Stupid Question!

Okay...I'll risk my reputation as a PSA card collector by asking this question...
I am crossing the border (USA to Canada) with some PSA graded cards. Should I put them in my luggage or my carry-on bag? Can they get damaged in any way by going through the X-ray machine?
Thanks!

However, I did read something in the past. Customs may want to know what you are going to do with those cards. If they are for sale you may have to declare value....and be prepared to pay a fee on your return.
I know many people from canada have requested that when you send them a card say it is a gift.
someone here on the boards will know the answer

<< <i> Long term exposure could give the cards cancer. >>
It could even guarantee your future cards have card defects. lol

What will show up are the holograms on the back of flips and any card that has any metallic trim...such as Ultra. Bowman Chrome and Finest show up nicely.
Just hope that the pattern of the the stack doesnt appear to be a bomb and they toss you in the clinker until they sort the cards out and choose what they want to confescate.
