Brunk specialists?? Countermark question

Came across a 21 morgan with the counterstrike 'SPLENDID CROWN'


Anyone ever see one of these? Or the same mark on a different denom?

    It is unlisted in both Rulau and Brunk, but there are many countermarks that aren't listed anywhere.

    If you could narrow down to a state or city of origin you might be able to track it down, otherwise it remains a maverick.

    It might be from Canada near the border with the northeastern U.S. as a guess.
