question about Prez dollar errors

I have a 2007 proof set of Presidential dollars that have a raised rib at 1/3 intervals around all four coins. It looks like the collar wasn't completely closed when the coin was lettered. Is this a normal thing or can I pay off the doctors and retire somewhere? I can see my ebay ad now..................W@W !!!! RARE ERROR. STRAIGHT FROM GRANDPAS STASH............BUY IT NOW BEFORE PRICE GOES UP.....image

Think that normal, or at least so common nobody cares. You see it on the St. Gaudens $10s and $20s all the time because of the three-part collar.
