  This one has quadrupled in value in the last several years. I can remember when it only carried a small premium over the '75-S.

  What about the 1876 P? It seems low cost compared with the mintage.

  The 1876 is a bargain when considering the mintage and absence of premium. However this series will forever be a type coin as not many can afford to complete the short set, becuase of the extremely rare 1876 CC coin.

  I have a nice XF45 1876 that I just love. The 75-CC is cool, sure, but the 76 is a tough coin.

  Positive BST transactions with: too many names to list! 36 at last count.

  There are probably more 1876 20c coins floating around than 1875-CC, because of the availability of proofs.
  
  I think the best bargains are the 1877 and the 1878!
