  Here is the last one I bought, about two weeks ago. The consensus is that it's a 66. Had it been a 3 point overgrade, I would have been happy with that too, given what I paid for it.

  By no means are they automatically ruled out. I just picked up a MS 64 RED 1997 DDO Lincoln MS 64 gold label,,it went 65 RED at PCGS.

  never bought a pci coin. this might be due to I not getting the chance
  to see them in hand and an overall distrust for the company via the
  pictures i have seen online for coins at auction/on sale.

  I suspect that nearly all PCI graded gold, especially those in the green holders, have been cracked out and crossed over to PCGS or NGC. I actually only know of one PCI Green gold coin. A friend of mine has owned it since the early 90's. It is very conservatively graded.

  I will and do same with SEGS there are some great deals to be had just because of the holder.

  Always look at the coin first and not just the plastic. I have seen some very nice properly graded buffalo nickels in the pci gold coffins, and there are more out there. BUFFNIXX

  Some nice coins can be found in PCI slabs.
