I Thought Sellers Couldn't Leave Buyer Feedback Any Longer

I bought a card last night (Monday, 5/26 and promptly paid for it via Paypal). This morning, I have very positive feedback from the seller. I'm not at all complaining, but I am surprised.
Like many of you, as a buyer leaving feedback, I've seen the ebay pop-up that says that sellers can no longer leave buyers feedback. Does anyone know if Ebay has modified their new feedback policies?

ALL buyers, including the worst THIEVES and SCAMSTERS, will soon
have 100% Positive FB..... forever.
Buyers' FB is now meaningless.
The FB left by buyers will now determine if sellers want to deal with them.
Categorized lists will be sold/rented that will identify buyers who have
left NEGs. Such buyers will be excluded from dealing with MANY sellers.
What has it really done for your collection?
Loves me some shiny!

It has created a liquid market to buy/sell. That has added
collectors to the mix, and value to many collections.
Probably not a whole lot more than that.
If I was building a collection, I would likely stick with Memory Lane
and the other big auctions. Less stress and worry.

Good luck on the lists, but I doubt anything will come of it.

The answer is obvious. I am suprised you even asked the question. I hate to say this, Ebay has done a lot for my collection. Because of Ebay, I can now sell my duplicates for much more than I used to be able to do, and use the extra cash to buy items I need. I no longer need to work within a dealers buy/sell margin. I only used the "hate" word, because life would be even easier if a strong competitor to ebay came along to help keep ebays greed in check.
