Well technically there was NO INTENT for the coins to be subjected to the heat... nor the grinding, bashing, smashing, bending and crushing so if the INTENT was not there then they must be NT

I would agree with that analysis. Of course in this case, the T doesn't stand for toned, but more like tortured!
