Hoarding silver and collecting history
Not sure why anybody would buy anything from him.
He - or someone in has gang - has repeatedly claimed to
be a lawyer. I think he is spoofing.
His FB left for others is an almanac.
Their feedback left proves how bad of a seller they are. I had the displeasure of talking to him on the phone once..

<< <i>I don't get it: Everybody was always complaining that ebay protected scumbag sellers like this. Now they implemented a system that leaves these guys wide open and people still complain. I say commense with the waterfall of negs. If I have to take an undeserved neg here and there, so be it. >>
How can you get 52 negs in one month and still be allowed on ebay?
However in the new system in any 30 day period if the CSR rating falls below 95% they are subject to an Ebay suspension. Based on feedback that is a 96%(counting all negs seperate) for the month, but I am sure their DSRs cover the rest of the spectrum that will get them at least a warning soon.
Jayandmarie have 124 negs plus 117 neutrals, but over 20000 positives in the past month
collecting RAW Topps baseball cards 1952 Highs to 1972. looking for collector grade (somewhere between psa 4-7 condition). let me know what you have, I'll take it, I want to finish sets, I must have something you can use for trade.
looking for Topps 71-72 hi's-62-53-54-55-59, I have these sets started
<< <i>Even so that many negs is a business KILLER!! >>
Not really, Bargainland used to be the largest seller on Ebay and their feedback rating rarely got above 90%. In January when the new changes were announced they stopped selling on Ebay nearly altogether. Under the new rules they would have been the largest casualty.
<< <i>import-export-co is going to be hit wit similar feedback in the near future a quick look looks like the slaughter has begun on them as well.

I was looking at his negs, esp. the ones he left for others, and have to believe that a one-way feedback system is a good idea. I trust the buyer's comments more than I do his.
Here's his pattern.
1)He builds feedback on small dollar items and rips off people on the bigger dollar items.
2)He uses vague descriptions like "mixed grade set" and then ships a set that looks like it went through a lawnmower.
3)Then, after you neg him, you get a retaliatory neg filled with a bunch of lies about how you were attempting to somehow defraud him by switching cards!
4)To top it off, you then get threatened with a lawsuit.
5) Go to step 1 and repeat.
He is a disease. I am so glad that he is getting his comeuppance. At least he cant neg people anymore after he bangs them for a few hundred. The sad part is that he ends up with the money in the end and the buyer ends up with junk.
Fow what it's worth, he got me for a hundred.

<< <i>Import/Export needs to crash and burn. They are one of the feedback systems chief offenders, requiring the new changes. Rarely would leave positive feedback, only left retalitory negs, and took longet than normal to ship. >>
Not to mention they ship in PWEs
