Paypal-security Key

Do any of you forum mates use this added feature? If so, what do you think of it? I just signed up on Gavelsnipe and found that the key must be de-activated to snipe on ebay. Sounds like a pain.

I use it, and it's a must-have in my opinion. It's so easy for scammers on the internet to get your passwords, whether it be through phishing emails, or other means. With the security key, even if they have your password, it would be nearly impossible for them to get past the security key page.

And, deactivating the security key is rather simple. You just confirm some personal details (bank account #s, Security questions, etc) and it's deactivated. Takes maybe 2 minutes.

can be a bit annoying when on the road and you do not have the key... but i feel much safer with that option... I wish I could use it for ebay as well.

I use it for PayPal but not for Ebay due to the sniping issue.

Yes, you sure can. I use it all the time on eBay AND Paypal.

I read about it here before and then forgot to order.

For the price of a gallon of gas
