Edited to add: F & R are adjecent on the keyboard. Must be a typo aided and abetted by database software that requires and allows too many manual steps. The coin number must have been generated automatically based on RB being added, where it should have been bounced had the DB software checked for valid designations for certain types. Makes me wonder if a large cent could be given FBL without a complaint from the software.
