David Hall must be laughing every time he sees someone submit Poor coins for grading.
I never would have thought serious collectors would fall into a lowest grade coin game.
Are people finding way to wear-out their coins artificially like putting them in rock polishers?

Why not? "Serious" collectors collect all sorts of things.

....I have to admit, I think the low-ball game is pretty cool, and especially good for collectors with small wallets.
