I just jumped a 100 in my nymber but now my neutral became a negative?

I don't think that is was someone intends if they leave a neutral
I seldom check PM's but do check emails often jason@seated.org

    I dropped from 100% to 99.7% because of a neutral back in Sept. But my overall number did not change (yet)
    I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
    Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

    same here do to a neutral from a guy who thought it took too long to deliver but did not consider it takes 5 days for his check to clear and another 3-4 to get it!

    Mine jumped from 198 100% to 231 100%. I think what happened is they are counting duplicate positives from the same seller/buyer now.

    Thats not the negative I saw in your feedback.

    Something about "seller would not send name and address grandy_boy ( 647) May-17-07 23:00"

    I also saw two neutrals:

    1. never completed deal, they did refund payment . Don'treally know why.
    2. delivery was a long time
    I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Me too. Actually, I think I am at 196 now but who's counting. I am still at 100%.

    lame, lame, very lame move by ebay to screw the loyalist of ebay sellers.

    How can a neutral be a negative???????????????????????

    Many newbies leave positive neutrals.

    Mine went up, as well.
    PNG member, numismatic dealer since 1965. Operates a retail store, also has exhibited at over 1000 shows.
    I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

    I gained about 40 extra points.

    My "100%" went to "99.8%" because of a neutral.

    While scanning some eBay auctions last night, I did notice that some sellers have a much lower percentage now...and some sellers have seen little change. It will be interesting to watch what happens over the coming months.

    Can someone please explain the "+1"? What's the significance? I don't know!

    Me feedback jumped by 50 from 541 to 591- percentage stayed the same
    My wifes jumped an over a whopping 1500!!!! From 2100 to 3688 - percentage as always is 100%

    Here is a funny little story. I received my first negative feedback from a buyer that for one reason or another just wanted to give negative feedback (very bizarre). In any case, (s)he gave me 2 negatives within 4 days. I knew that the rules were changing in that if you give feedback to the same buyer within a week, it simply counts as one feedback but if you wait 8 days (after one week) between feedbacks it counts both of them. So I was able to give him 2 negatives and each of them counted against his/her score!! Moved that buyers percetage down to a eye opening 80%. This was done the last day of the old feedback system when a seller could leave negative - I feel somewhat vindicated.

    My one negative dropped off and I'm back to 100%.
    But, we'll see how long that lasts now that buyers will have a free pass to leave negs.

    Mine jumped about 70 and still 100% positive.

    I do have concerns over dead beat ebayers when I sell stuff now though... if they don't pay how do I neg them? Not sure they thought this policy through all the way.
