From an eBayer in Hong Kong with feedback of 1 (left over 6 Months ago). What are the tell-tale signs of this one, other than the usual red flags, such as location of the seller, lack of feedback, etc...

Since the image style does not match any of the other auctions I would wonder if the image was stolen from a legitimate, previous auction.

The 1846 and 1843 Seated Dollars this seller has listed are both fakes.
You buy from this guy, you'll get a fake coin.

The pictured coin certainly seems genuine to me.

I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

Stolen images to list a fake coin should be a crime...

That is great, but what I will never understand is how lenient eBay is with sellers of counterfeit coins. They will sometimes cancel an auction, but the seller is allowed to keep listing. I say that they should get NARU'ed and their IP should be blocked to prevent registering with a new user account. Everything eBay does lately seems to defy logic.
