Help Identifying Coin

I have a coin that I need help identifying.

Obverse is a double headed eagle that looks to be wearing a crown. Motto on obverse says"Mtahar poccinckar moheta". Reverse is dated 1880 with a "2" in the center with some other writing. Looks to be Russian possibly?

Please give me an idea what it is and value. Coin is in G06 to VG condition.

Copper Russian 2 Kopecks, from the description of it. In that condition it's not worth much. Couple of bucks, if you're lucky.
