JZ, that's one flippin' fantastic toned Seated 1875 (quarter?)!
fcloud -- thanks! even the worn-out Seateds deserve to be represented, and that's one work-horse looking coin-of-the-realm.
Rob - as usual, outstanding presentation and collection. Nice to see the Standing get recognized too. Nice one! And I get a kick out of you adding DC's seateds to the mix -- was that you who did that in another thread too?
Mr Tom K -- Those are a couple of awesome beautiful seated halves. You must have posted these on the board before and I just missed them? I'm un-initiated in mint-state seateds, but dare I say that both of those look to be PCGS 65's? Or should be? [edited to add: Oh, yes, now I realize these were among the others of yours seen in Skyman's thread, linked below]
Skyman -- Interesting nice 1853 half. I knew you are big lover of Liberties when I saw posts of your Seated Dimes in your recent thread, Post a Seated, any date, any denom
Mesquite -- good to see you again too! That toned Walker looks like a real treasure, but that PR63 Seated Half is out of this world. I guess you were in the right place at the right time to score that. Sure looks cam or dcam.
Tj, yes, that Seated Liberty proof is a real looker. I was surprised that it did not cam, but that is the way it went. Had to sell it a couple of years ago (no choice) - that is one I'd like to get back some time. I'm glad I can view the pics though these days.
There is a collector that frequents the same local B&M shop as me. About a month or two ago he showed up with this Walker - same year, mintmark and grade as mine. He was gracious to let me bring it home and shoot these pics. A real nice coin!
