Will the 1955 DDO Die 2 ever get any respect?

Much rarer than die 1, can spot without glass and super rare compared to die #1. In full disclosure I do own a die 2 in a PCGS holder. Thoughts??

Doubtful, it will always be greatly overshadowed by #1 IMO.

I figured with the complete variety registry set these would bring much more attention?

Well a raw one, with what looks like corrosion MS closed at $560 so maybe it is gaining its ground.

    Hey J,
I really think that this variety has nowhere to go but up in value. That said, I believe that the EDS examples of this particular variety will be the ones to hold. The later die states (as I am sure you know) of this variety just don't have the eye appeal that these do.
And you are right---this is a real tough variety to find, especially a nice one.

That is one of the Lincoln varieties I have been trying to cherrypick for years....and have yet to do so.
