Help plz grading 2 gold coins

I know i asked this before but i got to catch the flaws this time in the coins so here they are with good pictures of the flaws in the 2 coins thanksimage
So what would you say on the grade now that you see the flaws?

    on the 1900 you do not see the scrathes at 7 to 9 o'clock?

    Maybe it is just me but there is a few lil flews that keep bugging me & " i think" or maybe just want to think that the 2 coins are just not as nice as they look?

    Not being a gold expert, I'd give both of them an MS-64. The scratches aren't as bad as you might think from looking at the magnified photo.

    I saw them but they are so minor that I doubt it would affect the grade. Those scratches dont look bad even under magnification.

    The luster appears nice, and the grade could be higher if the scratches are fairly light.

    i did notice the marks. look like scrapes of a sort.image
