3,000th Post Contest - We Have A Winner - Baseballfan!

In honor of my upcoming 3,000th post I am offering a guessing game contest.

The contest is to guess the total number of runs scored in MLB play this Saturday and Sunday - that is the combined final scores of all games played. Closest to the actual total gets these two 3,000 Hit Club cards - Tony Gwynn RC and Pete Rose. Games not played due to rainout or otherwise are eliminated.

As a tiebreaker, pick a team that you feel will shut out their opponent. Lowest runs for that team breaks all ties. All entries must be in by Saturday @ 9:00 a.m. CST!

I've enjoyed the posting, have won a couple of these types of contests, and am glad to give back. Good luck!

Edit: For the tiebreaker, we will use Sunday's game unless you state Saturday in your pick.
