I'm going with MS65DMPL. I think the pics are taking away some of the mirrors and also make the contact marks a little worse than what they are on the Obv. I'm not seeing any bad nics, just some Cameo scrapes. Nice Looking Morgan I'd say!!image

64PL, assuming your usual M.O. which is to look for undergraded or conservatively graded Morgans.

    I like this as a 65PL. I don't think its quite DMPL.

    I voted 65PL

However, if I submitted it, it would go MS 63, no PL designation.

65 Pl- if that is not a scratch on the plastic- I would take a hard look at the line coming from eagles wing under the beak..

I think it is borderline PL, reason being is that looks almost like it was shot through a milk jug to get the effect.

I also think it is borderline 65/66. image

According to the auction listing these auction images that I posted earlier in this thread are actually scans, and are not digital photographs.

This explains why they do a better job of demonstrating the coin details than they do in demonstrating the mint luster and or surface reflectivity.

I think the marks above the eye limit it to a 64/65. It is a pl then there are probably enough small marks in the field highlighted by the mirrors to edge it towards 64.

I'm down for 64PL. The scuff above the eye is too significant for 65.
