Blue Chip Coins...

What would you all consider to be a Blue Chip coin? Better date coins in a series in middle mint state grades like a 88-s Morgan in ms64 or 65 or in a certain price range say $1,000 to $3,000?

I'm thinking seated material and trade dollars.
The more "up" the better.
Doesn't have to be a "rare" date though.
Even most "common" date coins have more than doubled in the past
8 years.
