  A recent book "Numismatic Forgery" by Charles Larson will make a real believer out of you.
  
  Explosive Impact Copying are three words everyone needs to learn about.
  
  From Larson's book, p.80, "...a forger can make perfect steel dies for any coin, from any coin".
