  63, maybe 64. A weaker strike and the spots bring it down. Hard to determine a RB vs. RD based on the photos.

  Thanks for all the comments on the coin. As I stated in the first post, it's a MS64RB. I agree that the spots might detract a bit, but I think the strike is actually above average for an 09-S. They're notoriously weakly struck and in hand, this example looks pretty strong. GO ILLINOIS! BEAT WISCONSIN!!!
