My card was received yesterday, no issues with the card, though it was 15 days after paying for it.

What date was the postmark on the envelope?
I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

Feb. 2nd, so the item was actually mailed 11 days after I paid. Am I just being picky about the time it took?? I am happy with the card and glad it was received.

never had a bad experience on these boards, which is really good (all things considered):

1- yankeesno7 sold me some overpriced '75 minis (i havent forgotten)
2- boopotts sold me some overgraded '74 topps
3- cdsnuts sold me a SWEET fleer basketball set & offered to upgrade any cards for FREE, should he happen upon them in the future
4- i bought some '75 minis from fellow board member 2 weeks ago & their paypal wasn't working, they sent me the cards before i paid for them (whoever you are, chime in, but that was VERY cool)
5- packman traded me a '79 topps set (hand collated) for a 1980 topps set (hand collated as well); i offered to pay him premium since his set has greater value, but he wasn't having it
6- cdsnuts GAVE me a gang of basketball cards all pack fresh
7- pandrews sent me a couple mma dvd's, for FREE (including dean of mean's first MMA match)
8- davidm sold me a gang of graded '73 topps at incredibly cheap prices
9- david (bargus) sold me a gang of graded '74 topps at incredibly cheap prices
10- mattyc sold me psa 9 brett & yount rc's for a MOST reasonable price
11- tons of people gave me 1980 topps from case bust last year (too many to recall)
12- gosteelers GAVE me bunch '80 topps & sold some low pop '75 minis for prices he paid (super cool)
13-vintagetoppsguy sold me a psa 9 Aaron that is stunning and price i paid, i simply cannot disclose
14- arnyvee was going to send me some '84 donruss i neeed, but he NEVER did (ahemm....)
15- carolj sent me psa scarf for xmas last year (thanks again)
16- artislost sold me schmidt rc for most reasonable price
17- Axtell/Brian sent me a hallmark card once (still have it)

I didn't know about this thread or I would have posted here earlier.

Around x-mas I bought from Bosox1976 and it worked out perfectly. Quick shipping, etc...

I bought from Cubfan, but want to point out that I bought raw from him. His grading was very accurate. He claimed I was buying cards that "might make an 8...a couple with a chance of a 9." PSA agreed 100%!

I also bought some great PSA 8 TV Western cards from someone who saw me here but gave me other references and never gave me his PSA name. John let me know if you're out there and I'll add you here.

    Hi,

I recently had some AWESOME dealings with the following board members:

frankhardy - Just sold him some raw 1952's. One of the most polite and nicest people I've ever dealt with, especially considering he's a Cardinals fan image. Shane is a great guy and a pleasure to deal / correspond with!

mrbud60 - Gil is another great guy. We had numerous PMs before working out a deal on some graded 55's. Gil was very patient with me. Another highly recommended board member.

relaxed - Have dealt with Gary on multiple occassions, each time was great. This time he sent me some graded 55's I needed for my set in exchange for a graded 55 and a graded 57. Smooth as silk!

bluemarlin - Jake is intent on catching Downtown1974 in the 1955 Topps baseball registry. It will be a great battle as they both try to finish their sets in PSA 6 or better. In any case, had a great transaction with Jake, he too is top notch.

I sent you those 75 minis before you paid, Julen. I knew that my Paypal would eventually work and I had no worries about getting paid by you.

Thanks for the kind words. And, I got educated about Robert Johnson!

Many thanks to Chris (Cwazzy) for the amazing contest prize of a '61 Topps Mantle MVP. It's a beaut.

Also, recent flawless trades with John (jmoran19) and Kevin (joestalin).

Another major thank you to Mathew (artistlost), who, when I posted looking for an outside of eBay source for a ticket from Frank Thomas' 11th Grand Slam game, offered to send me his personal ticket from the game. As a bonus he threw in a '91 & '92 OPC Thomas card for my collection, beauties as well.
