Can I block a bidder that has already bid, but is not the high bidder?
Ok, part 2: so I blocked the guy, as a practical matter can I also cancel his bid? Here's why, it looks like his high bid is $99, the high bidder's bid is currently showing at $100.00. If I cancel his bid I'm thinking that would maybe lower the high bid for the high bidder? Seems like the right thing to do, if in fact I can do that, I will. Hope this isn't too confusing.
