I like it, but I think it's been helped.
I used to be somebody, now I'm just a coin collector.
Recipient of the coveted "You Suck" award, April 2009 for cherrypicking a 1833 CBHD LM-5, and April 2022 for a 1835 LM-12, and again in Aug 2012 for picking off a 1952 FS-902.

Oops, I meant "toning" in general. So I axed the image.image

I have no idea what it looks like in hand, it would seem it was at an angle to the camera to show the color.

If the straight on shot shows the edges darker instead of color I would say NT and I like the way the darker toning is fairly evenly distributed from center to edge.

    Now you tell us. image

In general I like colored rainbow toning that is obviously old and not too flourecent. Rust is bad, tarnish if interpreted as dark toning with no color is good.

Toned in general shows the originality of the coin. It would be difficult to find a 100 year coin that is white and has never been dipped. I would think that the color would be a little goldish at best.
