I'd like to know the best coin shops in Denver. I may be travelling there next month.

Thanks in advance.

Bob Rhue has an office, rather than a shop, but if you like Pioneer Gold, Colonials and other nifty stuff, it could make sense to try and see him.

On South Broadway, not too far from downtown Denver, is Rocky Mountain Coins and two other small B&M shops. I have had some luck finding nice stuff at Rocky Mountain Coins.

Years ago, when I was a kid in the 1960's my dad would take me to Dan Brown's Coins in downtown Denver. I doubt that Dan Brown's Coins is still around. but I got a 1950D nickel from his shop when I was a kid. A gift from mom and dad for Xmas. Still have it.

Another good one is Evan Gale of Aspen Park Rare Coins - he has a really great eye, and usually has a lot of good US and World material with terrific eye appeal.
