Barber Dime experts- what's up with this one?

Looks like a nice design cud above the 2 on this 1892...I don't have any of the references for them- is this an attributed variety? It also appears to have a repunched date. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide...

  • There are a bunch of repunched dates know for the 1892. So it's possible that you do have one there.
    I can't tell if this is one of them or which one it is.

    It's a die chip, not a cud. A cud is a die break that involves the rim and at least a little bit of the field (or in this case, it would be the denticles).

    It is a die chip. Here's an image of one graded AU58 by PCGS.
