Early on Leroy did some 21-d's I think, but not any more. That is an error, not a variety. I think you should get a premium for it. I would guess not a big premium though.

It's a P mint? I sent a 1921-P that looked exactly the same to Leroy in 2004. At the time, he was still listing die fills that caused the letter to completely disappear. My coin (and yours) still had the 'e' visible. The policy has changed since.

I think it came to the consensus that filled dies don't warrant a Vam attribution anymore, but they used to.
