Local auction find. To slab or not ?

What do you think it might grade and would this be a candidate for submittal ? It will not make FBL designation if you see it in hand. There is interruption of the lines by way of a nick, so let's rule that possiblity out of this scenario right now.
Thought on grades and whether this is reasonable candidate for using one of my "so called" freebies

<< <i>Nice coin, Tyler. I think the Mad One is right. After seeing yours , I'm less confident in anything over 64 with mine. >>
They were tough. I thought it had a shot at 66. I was just happy to find one that had nice BL for a '53-S, not what I would call "Near Full Bell Lines', but nice. Yours is really nice as well, nice bell lines. I would consider slabbing any '53-S with good lines, even if it might come back 64. On yours, I think it would depend on those two marks on the neck (or time of day, etc.), but I think it could go 65 as well. Some people would not even consider 65 "worth it", but for me, I just really liked the coin.

Dag Nab it...I hate it when I have to agree with the "Mad" one
Your choice to submit. You could probably buy one already slabbed and just keep this one as bullion or an album coin.
