Ebay bidder retracted winning bid after the auction, due to my misquoting the mintage figure.

The auction was for a burnished 2006-W half ounce AGE in PCGS MS70. I stated in the listing that the mintage is below 15,000. Did I misquote the figure? I thought the figure was around 14,000. The winning bidder said the mintage is higher than 15,000, is she correct? She has retracted her winning bid because of the higher mintage.
Thanks for your help.

Sounds like buyers remorse - let it go. Ebay will give your listing/ final fees back.

Blindedbyego....I need to know if I did misquote the mintage.
What is the mintage of a 2006-W burnished half ounce gold Eagle???
<< <i>I have 2577 as the mintage for the 2006W half-ounce unc. >>
I know the mintage isn't that low. Does that include the the four piece sets?
Looks like the mintage is around 18,850. Dang....last time I checked the mintage was around 14,000 and some change. Looks like I did misquote the mintage figure. I will let the winning bidder know and not hold her to her winnig bid.
<< <i>Stating mintages reported in numismatic publications as final audited figures is bound to get you in trouble. They are intended to be used only as a guideline until the final audited figures are published by the Mint. >>
Lesson learned FLBH....lesson learned.

The 2007 $25 and $100 Proof Platinum Eagles- Presidential will make this list more than likely just don't know where. Notice if the 2007 proof plat $25 and $100 come in under 9174 coins the changing reverse platinum eagles will represent 27 out of the 30 rarest modern design and denomination based type coins in proof and mint state. >>
I wouldn't be surprised if the 2577 number changed, but not upwards of 10,000+ though.

Sounds like an honest mistake on your part, but still grounds to cancel the purchase. Let it go.
