Your thoughts on having 3 TPG's in an auction title?

Is it "by the rules"? I assume it's for search purposes and that it works.

It's keyword spamming and can get the auction nuked if reported.

  • I would say it is ok as long as the lot is for items from each listed TPG.

    Otherwise it is inappropriate.

In this case as TomB mentioned, key word spamming.

If you would like to see it go bye bye for some reason all you have to do is report it.

Keyword spamming and it deserves to be nuked.
    When in doubt, don't.
  • Sorry, missed the link the first time. What that seller did is not good, and poof-able, as the others stated.
  • I would say misleading title

ed. to add all his other auctions are the same

  • Someone should just contact him and tell him to change his titles...it would be quite painful to have all of his auctions removed. image

the guy seems straight up, maybe just does not know the rules and does not need to be hung by a lynch mob when a kind email might fix it

This is where a friendly reminder to the seller should come in. If he replies kindly and changes the auction title then no lynching. Otherwise bring on the posse.
  • I agree. I actually made a similar error a couple years ago when I was trying to give my opinion on what it would certify at various TPGs. I have never tried that again what a mess.image

I agree! I didn't mean to single him out for it and I won't go any further with it! image It's just that I've got several, various saved searches & it's frustrating when these items I don't want to see show up within them!image
  • He did it with all his auctions - ridiculous.
Have bought and sold on BST, many references available when asked.

Now who's going to own up to reporting the guy, costing him alot of money and setting him back a week over a technicality?

C'mon...there's REAL crooks on the bay if you want to report folks
