It was lots of fun going through a few OBW rolls with my grandkids last fall and I was happy to find this 1973 Lincoln.

I tagged along with BAJJERFAN on a recent submittal and was glad it came back MS66RD as I hoped.

Can't wait to go through more of my rolls. image

Nice score! I really like the soft pastel toning.

Way to GO Swampboy, that is a tough date to get in a 66 Red. Keep going through those rolls.

Swampboy, Nice! 73-p is tough!! It's one of the few dates I've never got graded in ms66 (I've got maybe 14 of the 73-s's in 66rd). My (newer) registry sets used to be all coins I got graded myself, but in the past 2 years I've now bought a lot more than I've submitted.

edited to say, looks like more than 5% of the reverse surface exhibits color.

I wonder how it got to be designated as RD?
