BASEBALL PLAYER ALPHABET GAME -INITIALS

Heres the game:

Starting with the initials AA, then AB, then AC......then BA, BB...through ZZ, each post must come up with a player with the appropriate next initials. We will get stuck on certain letters, such as Q and I, ( especially for first names) U, Z and probably Y for first names also, so feel free to pass over these letters only after some thought.
