In a thread by Spacemonkey he provided a number of free templates. This is one of them slightly modified.

I also noticed that Spink is offering a new edition of British Historical medals at about half the price of original sets or individual books @ about $119 if you are interested in British history and Medals . This is a must have.

Nice. I'll have to look at his templates. I was very impressed with the pictures of his commemorative set.
