Update: The fine folks at NGC saw fit to give her an MS63. The rub seems quite evident. Tough to tell if the luster gets her to a 58 or not, IMO, she looks like a strong 55. She fetched about $2.2K on the bay the other day.
Aside, the seller is out of Ridgeville MS. I think the Tuesday night boys as well as the Saturday night boys were from Ridgeville too.
Coincidently, Rafael Rios used to scam ebayers (including me) and he operated out of ridgeville, ms until the Feds nabbed him. His Federal trial is in a month. He's not incarcerated, yet. Wonder if he is back in biz somewhere trying to conjur up his imminent restitution.
I'd love to chat with him about the $6.2K he swindled from me.
