Smitty - that's one which would be expected to have a listing in Hibler-Kappen as a So Called Dollar, but for some strange reason it didn't qualify. It is however listed in the Eglit reference on W.C.E. souvenir medals. Actually quite common, even in high grade. Ask MadMArty or tmot99. They're the resident W.C.E. exonumia hoarders.
That's an Eglit-54 in white metal. Very common. The trick is finding a nice high grade one. These bend really easily, just FYI. The holders are also common and come in a variety of colors from yellow to gold to orange, to a deep cherry. The medals are actually a bit too small for the holders and therefore, moved around a lot. Therefore, the medal would typically get worn. Take a look at the reverse. Their faces are all smooshed because of this. They also come in bronze.
Edited to add that it does not qualify as a so-called dollar due to size. This is 50mm.
