  I just tried the original Carrabba's on Kirby the other night...Pollo Rosa Maria tasted like all the other Carrabba's out there...although I had the quail...that was a new menu item to me.

  As a side note, I've never been to any of their franchises; only the two that Johnny still personally owns.
  
  One on Woodway is a stone's throw from my office and his mom, Rosie, runs.
  
  The other is on Kirby and the original Carrabba's. Fantastic "date" spot: consistant, reasonably priced, and great atmosphere.
