Ngs / pcgs looking for info

If i was to become a member & pay the year fee, now would it still cost me a fee per coin i summit?
Also would i have to become a member in order to summit my coins & pay the fee per coin? (correct?)



P.s wich one should i go with pcgs or ngc? (i like the ngc price, but like the pcgs grading services..... image )

    Don't mind the jokesters on this forum.

    In my mind NGC is too loose in grading many series and I prefer PCGS for what I collect. For the most part it really comes down to which slab you like the looks of, again here I choose PCGS.

    It's all personal preference and there are just as many people that prefer NGC so take your time look around, go to a coin show in your area and see what you like.
